I approached Kevin with a very unusual case where I had signed a contract without realizing the penalty clause and canceled within 2 hrs. The company was still trying to enforce the penalty even after the swift cancelation so I wasn't very confident that I had much hope of contesting it. Kevin listened to my case and took it seriously without ever once questioning my reasons for wanting to fight the contract. I had a very odd case. I had lost my defense lawyer due to him leaving the area. Kevin took me in and finished my case for me. I cannot thank him enough. The definition of 'Hope' is Kevin Dellett. I had more questions than answers at the beginning of my legal journey and those huge law firms that you see advertising really do not care about us potential clients. Those bigger law firms told me that my case was challenging and I should basically give up. I was in a living nightmare and then Mr. Dellett came along. He not only answered my questions, he took me ON AS A CLIENT even though it was an up hill battle.
